Lycoming Mall is a super-regional shopping mall located off Interstate 180 just west of the junction with U.S. Route 220 in the village of Halls, Muncy Township, Lycoming County ten miles east of Williamsport, Pennsylvania. It is anchored by Bon-Ton, Burlington Coat Factory, J.C. Penney, Macy's, and Sears. Other major tenants include Best Buy, Big Lots, Dick's Sporting Goods, Hollister Co., and Old Navy. 〔 It is owned by Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust and its center court has a carousel. The mall is noted for the 100-foot-high steel sculpture known as the Hadany Arch after its builder, Israel Hadany. () Gap will be closing in February 2015. The store is being replaced by a Gap Factory store in the Lycoming Crossing Shopping Center, near Lycoming Mall.
